My model slightly favors the Magic. KAT is still on IR so i wonder who is going to stop Vucevic. Vucevic is so underrated – a passing center that shoots 3’s, rebounds, and is physical presence. Lay the points.

My model slightly favors the Heat. Next man up… Both teams are injury riddled or on IR probable status due to covid protocol, et al. It all comes down to bench depth and team play. Top bench players assume starter roles and team’s 10-12 are now first off the bench – It’s a wash. Team play favors the Miami system, it is more interchangeable without much drop off. Though Philly is now run by Doc, it’s still a superstar driven team. If any of the big 3 sit: Embiid, Simmons or Harris, take Miami and the points.

My model favors the Mavericks – This is assuming Doncic plays tonight. I got screwed in the last pick of the week, because Harden decided to silently protest, um i mean sit out 30 mins prior to tip off with an “ankle” injury. I would rather him have played and implode the team. So tonight, i see Luka playing even though he is listed as probable with a quad injury. Sure the Mavs are on a back to back road… not Luka, he is well rested. Mav’s offense seems better than their current 24 ranking and Rockets defense seems worse than its current 24 ranking.
