My model favors the Knicks. New York is 4-5 in last 5 ATS while Minnesota is 2-5. Knicks lost to Miami couple of days ago without Mitch Robinson (foot injury), but this season’s new-look Knicks will not be down for long. They’ve been through the loss of Robinson before with a wrist injury, and were fine. Expect the Knicks to re-calibrate and move forward. The reliable three of Randle, Barrett and Quickley will all come up big to get past the Timberwolves tonight. Lay the points.

OP STAFF | 14-12 NBA 2020-21 SEASON

This game is about the Knicks’ D vs the Bucks’ O. The number one ranked defense against the number one ranked offense in terms of points allowed and points scored, respectively. The Bucks are at home but it’s a back to back game for them. Both team’s roster are relatively intact after the trade deadline. However, Milwaukee could really use newly acquired PJ Tucker (IR) to counter the Knicks’ bruisers. Years and years of losing, now watching the Knicks’ recent play, and with each passing game, the team has shown unity and are competitive to the very end of each game. Due to their persistency, the 9.5 points is just too much to pass even if my model is net neutral. Take the points.
